terms of service

trendy is a self-serve tool with two halves. creators launch a tiktok video as a real token on pump.fun and fund a per-video escrow wallet with SOL. clippers claim bounty slots, submit proof of a clip, and receive SOL from that escrow when the creator approves their submission.

we provide the coordination layer only. we are not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or employer. we do not create markets, set token prices, or promise that anyone will buy a token or approve a clip.

you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts where you live. you may not use trendy if you are subject to sanctions, are located in a jurisdiction that prohibits token trading or this kind of paid promotion, or if using it would break any law that applies to you. you are solely responsible for knowing your local rules.

you sign in by proving control of a solana wallet. there is no password to reset and no support channel that can recover a wallet for you. anyone who controls your private key controls your account, your escrows, and your payouts.

• ·keep your seed phrase and private keys private — we will never ask for them, and anyone who does is scamming you.
• ·you are responsible for every action taken by a wallet you connect, including approvals and payouts.
• ·we cannot reverse, refund, or recover any on-chain transaction.

before you can launch, you must prove you control the tiktok account by placing a temporary verification code in its bio. this exists to stop people from tokenizing other creators' videos.

• ·only launch videos you created or have full rights to use and promote.
• ·do not impersonate another creator, brand, or person.
• ·fund your escrow before promising rewards — an unfunded bounty is a broken promise to clippers, and repeated abuse gets you removed.
• ·review submissions honestly. approving your own alt accounts or rejecting valid clips to keep escrow funds is fraud.
• ·you set your own bounty terms, so make them clear and unambiguous.

claiming a bounty slot is not a guarantee of payment. payment happens only when the creator approves your submission and the escrow holds enough SOL.

• ·submit only clips you personally made and published.
• ·no stolen, reuploaded, or recycled work from other clippers.
• ·no bots, purchased views, engagement pods, or any artificial inflation of metrics.
• ·no misleading captions, fake claims about a token, or promises of financial returns.
• ·your proof link must stay publicly reachable — deleting it after payout may get you removed.
• ·you are an independent participant, not an employee or contractor of trendy.

each video gets its own escrow wallet. the creator funds it, and approved submissions are paid from it automatically. escrow keys are encrypted, but this is still a hosted hot wallet system — treat it as operational float, not long-term storage.

• ·only fund an escrow with an amount you are ready to pay out.
• ·if an escrow is empty or underfunded, approvals will fail until it is topped up.
• ·network fees are deducted from the escrow when a payout is sent.
• ·solana transactions are final. a payout sent to an approved clipper cannot be clawed back.
• ·we do not guarantee payout timing and are not liable for chain congestion, rpc failures, or wallet software issues.

token creation happens on pump.fun, a third-party protocol we do not operate or control. your launch transaction is signed by your own wallet and settles on solana. market caps and price changes shown on trendy come from third-party sources, may be delayed or wrong, and are displayed for convenience only.

nothing on trendy is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. do your own research.

you own what you post and are responsible for it. by posting, you give us permission to display it on the site. we filter slurs and wallet-phishing bait automatically and may remove anything, including hate speech, harassment, scam links, seed-phrase requests, or spam. we may also rate-limit posting.

• ·market manipulation, wash trading, or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes.
• ·phishing, drainer links, fake airdrops, or requests for anyone's seed phrase.
• ·scraping, spamming, or attacking the site or its apis.
• ·circumventing verification, bans, or rate limits — including with alt wallets.
• ·money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal activity.
• ·posting content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.

any trendy fee is disclosed in the interface before you confirm an action. solana network fees and any third-party protocol fees (including pump.fun's) are separate and are never paid to us. we may change our fees going forward, but never retroactively on a bounty you already funded.

trendy is provided as-is and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time. we may change these terms; if we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page. continuing to use trendy after a change means you accept it.

we may restrict or remove access to any wallet, video, bounty, or comment that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. we may do this without notice. funds already sitting in an escrow wallet remain controlled by the encrypted key associated with that video.

to the fullest extent permitted by law, trendy is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

we are not liable for lost profits, lost tokens, lost keys, smart-contract exploits, third-party protocol failures, chain reorganizations, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. to the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the previous thirty days or one hundred US dollars.

you agree to cover our losses and legal costs arising from your use of trendy, your content, your bounties or submissions, your tax obligations, or your breach of these terms.

you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on SOL you earn or spend here. we do not withhold taxes and do not issue tax forms.

our privacy policy explains exactly what we store — it is short, because we collect very little.
